All orders are subject to product availability. We will notify you promptly if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

We are under no obligation to fulfil orders placed at an erroneously low price.

Additional terms for trade buyers
Wholesale and B2B accounts are subject to a separate commercial agreement in addition to these Terms of Use. Key differences that apply to B2B orders:
- EU consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to business-to-business transactions
- Payment terms, credit limits and minimum order quantities are as agreed in writing at account setup
- Prices quoted to wholesale accounts may differ from retail prices shown on the site
- Invoices are issued in EUR and must be paid within the agreed term; late payments may incur interest under EU Directive 2011/7/EU on late payment
- Title in goods passes to the buyer only upon full receipt of payment
By using a wholesale account, you confirm you are acting in the course of a business and that the order is not for personal consumer use.
Which law applies
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions. EU law applies where it provides stronger consumer protection than Spanish law.
For consumer disputes, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr as an alternative to court proceedings. Our email address for ODR purposes is info@atlas-trade-group.com.
For B2B disputes, the courts of Málaga, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a written commercial contract.
How we update these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in law, our business, or our practices. The “Effective” date at the top of this page will always show when the current version was last revised.
For material changes affecting existing customers, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the site after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We recommend checking this page periodically. Previous versions are available on request.
